Bonnie’s Territorial Behavior (Worcester County)

Bonnie is a beautiful 4 year old sable female German Shepherd from the Worcester County area.

Her owners contacted me because when strangers came to their home, she would exhibit territorial aggression. She also was not good with other dogs.

We worked on her basic commands and used cheese and her favorite toy as rewards for following our direction. Over time we started incorporating her new commands as a means of curbing her aggression and rewarded her accordingly. Bonnie has a lot of work drive, she enjoyed her training and being the center of attention.

I am very happy to report that after six sessions Bonnie is doing very well! I will stay in contact with this couple for several months just to be sure they are keeping up with her training. Congratulations to Bonnie and her family!
